These terms govern the use of Unse Hanjan (unsehanjan.com, the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
1Nature of the Service
The Service provides free fortune content including daily fortunes, Korean zodiac and horoscope readings, tarot cards, name compatibility, and new year fortunes. All content is created for entertainment purposes with reference to traditional fortune-telling and tarot symbolism, and is neither scientific fact nor a guarantee about the future.
2No Substitute for Professional Advice
Fortune results from the Service do not replace any professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or psychological counseling. For important decisions about health, investments, contracts, or careers, always consult a professional in the relevant field and decide based on your own judgment. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on fortune results.
3Free to Use, No Sign-Up
All features of the Service are free and require no registration. Ads may be displayed in the future, but using the content itself will not incur any cost.
4Intellectual Property
All content in the Service — fortune texts, tarot card designs, logos, and UI — is copyrighted by Unse Hanjan. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use beyond personal, non-commercial scope (such as sharing your results) is prohibited.
5Changes and Suspension of Service
All or part of the Service may be changed or suspended without prior notice for operational or technical reasons. We are not liable for damages arising from changes to or suspension of this free service.
6Limitation of Liability
The Service does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of its content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7Prohibited Conduct
Conduct that disrupts normal operation of the Service — such as bulk access via automated tools, exploiting vulnerabilities, or unauthorized scraping of content — is prohibited and may result in access restrictions.
8Changes to Terms & Governing Law
If these terms change, we will announce it on this page at least 7 days before the effective date. These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
